Poem Teacher Means…

Teacher Means…”

Teacher Means,

An ‘Inspiration’, that cultivates the Life,

A ‘Direction’ given to fulfil our Aim,

‘Loving support’ in Critical Situation,

 ‘Hand on shoulder’ for Appreciation,

Sometime ‘Sweet words of Congratulations’,

Sometimes hitting of rods on hands,

Teacher Means,

‘Sculpture’ that teaches good manners,

‘Motivator’ who encourages in bad times,

‘Sculptor’ who create charactered students,

‘Miraculous wand’ fulfilling dreams of students,

Teacher Means,

‘Deep source’ of basic fundamental Knowledge,

‘Flashlight’ keeping away darkness from life,

‘Sword’ creating sound against Injustice,

‘Role model’ created through the Experience.

These are Teacher’s

Non-refundable Favours on students….

The above ‘Poem’ I had written and dedicated for all the persons in my life who play the role of ‘Teachers’ and every time they supported me, encouraged me, gave me opportunity to improvise and helping me finding ‘Me in Myself’.

Teachers Importance in Human Life

Teachers- Importance in Human Life

In human life, as the time goes from childhood, we can find out the relation of teacher and students in various forms of relations. In our life, every person experiences the importance of statement, “Parents are the first teacher and teachers are the second parents.” Parents hold their child’s fingers and teach that child to walk, run, and to balance.

Teachers Importance in Life, Roles of Teachers yogeshonale Poster design
Second Prize Poster Design At Theme Teachers Day... Describes role of teachers in Human Life

In social environment, every child learns how to speak. Firstly, child learns his mother tongue language, which is usually speaks in home or surroundings. For the learning of other languages child can’t be capable in that age also I haven’t heard ever before that medicines are available on medical stores for learning and teaching of different languages.

While walking that child sometimes imbalanced, falls down, cries. At that moment parents takes the child close to them lovingly, wipes the tears rolling down the chicks of child caringly and again supporting the child they encourage him to walk and run. That parents act like as first teacher. Behaviours, manners, values, teachings they have taught and we learnt from them, which are useful to us in our journey of life. These values give vision to life, shapes, and create outstanding personality and wonderful existence of human being. In Indian culture, the teacher-student relation chain is running from ancient times. Sandipani-Shrikrishna, Dronacharya-Arjuna-Eklavya from ‘Mahabharata’ to Shriramkrishna-Swami Vivekananda to India has great and powerful examples of these relations, which has historical importance. Teacher’s love and care towards the student and student’s unbreakable faith on teacher keeps this relation alive beyond the limitations of time.

When child grows and goes in schools for primary education. At that time, their age is like as brittle soil pots in construction. In that pots if we pore water then there is a fear of they can be broken out. As soil pot maker can give any shape, as he wanted like that in small age, which values, manners, qualities generated in children are always helpful for them in further life. In this age child, get understandings of good bad or right-wrong behaviour. In school life, primary teachers plant best behavioural manners seed in minds of students. In future, this seed became a beautiful small plant. These teachers also introduced the students to ‘Well Disciplined Manners’ with ‘Basic Knowledge’. Many times some teachers were angry on students give punishment to students but there is always thinking of welfare of students in Teacher’s mind. Behind that punishment, only reason is that students shall be improving. Primary school teachers share the big part of social development of students. All the students are equal in teacher’s point of view. Teachers always distribute same knowledge and teachings to all students. They always take their duty with responsibilities and making out the changes in excellent way.

Teachers in college life are like ‘Guide’ and ‘Director’. Like golden sunrays they lightens the life of students keeping darkness away by motivating and inspiring also enriching students with full of knowledge, skills and qualities. As small plant becomes big tree and gets full of fruits and flowers. For that, plants had to serve with good fertilizers and nutrients. As like that, for making the future of students enriched and bright also making them standing on their legs ‘Teacher’ always guide them, inspire them to select ‘Aim of Life’. These teachers are like ‘Close friends’, they always try to solve the problems of students and give appropriate solution. In critical situations and bad times, these teachers always stand behind the student and give loving support by encouraging them and appreciating them for every step towards success. This is always helpful to students in their journey to the station of ‘Aim of Life’.

In our educational life we live with many of friends we goes close to them mixed with them. That every friend is having different nature, also have different qualities, skills. Knowingly or unknowingly we learn and many of things from them. Some friends teach us how to live happily in life. They give new meaning and direction to life changing our ‘Attitude’ towards life. All these friends play the role of ‘Teacher’.When school life and college life is over it does not mean that relation between teacher and student over, this relation is always alive until the end of life. Every teaching of teacher is with you entire life and ever after through your work. In life, we always learn something new and different things from the people, surroundings. Every person coming in our life teaches us something new from his behaviour and personality that depend on us what we are getting. That every person also acts as a teacher. In this way through these different roles human being, the image of ‘Teacher’ appears in front of us.

One ‘Role model, Motivator, Inspiration, Counsellor, Guide, and Well-wisher’ means a ‘Teacher’. One of the best teachers in life is, ‘Experience through Observation’. Many of the things we learnt through observation this ‘Experience’ prove its ‘Existence’ every step-to-step journey of life.

Independent India’s first Vice president ‘Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan’ was a ‘Teacher’. In their loving memory their birthday ‘5th of September’ is celebrated as, ‘Teacher’s day’ in all over India. This day celebrated by organising different programmes and giving ‘Words of Thanks and Wishes’ to the ‘Loving Teachers’.

The above ‘Article’ I had written and dedicated for all the persons in my life who play the role of ‘Teachers’ and every time they supported me, encouraged me, gave me opportunity to improvise and helping me finding ‘Me in Myself’.

Biodiversity and Environment Enrichment Demand of Time

Biodiversity and Environment Enrichment Demand of Time

On Earth’s surface in different regions, we found different type of surrounding atmosphere and Environment. Therefore, in those regions we found different Biodiversity.

Aboutbiodiversity, there is general misunderstanding spread all over world can be observing there, “There are millions of organisms which consists every living animals, plants, grains. Suppose every year some types organisms disappears from earth then what happened? Out of millions of organisms there are billions having no use to human.” These sentences are wrong and dependent on misunderstandings. This type of human centred thought is so selfish.

Like human every living organism has right to live on earth. Human and other living and nonliving organisms are interdependent. They are in relation with each other as a part of food chain. Besides that for future food supply and medicine manufacturing, there is a need of biodiversity protection and enrichment, which is demand of time.

Nowadays, on earth’s surface there are more than three thousand only types of plants are available. More than 90% of food supply depends on only twenty plants out of them. These twenty plants consists the grains like wheat, corn, sunflower, and vegetables like brinjal, flower. Now farmers are taking cash crops like cotton, tea, soya in their fields this resulting in many of crops of grains and vegetables are on the way of disappearing.

We are using more than 40% of ‘Medicines’ are manufactured from plants containing medicinal contents and nutrients. Due to large amount of cutting of trees, unknowingness about plants medical use and ignorance to forests many of the plants disappeared. If these plants are disappeared then there is trouble for the local people who live near forest and dependent on those plants. They have to face problems of unemployment also have to spend money on ‘Medicines’. This should also result in the production f the ‘Medicine Manufacturing Factories’.

Out of total earth’s surface about 10% of surface occupies by forests in higher temperature layer region. About 50% types of living organisms are living in these forests. Hence, there is a need to give attention towards forests to protect the biodiversity occurring in these regions.

Ecosystem existence always depends on living organisms living in it. It means when any caste of living starts to diminish, this is a sign of beginning of deploying of ‘Ecosystem’. If any caste of living organisms is in danger of being destroy then it is impossible to recover it in ecosystem again. In this manner, if existence of any kind of living organisms destroyed, it is very serious incident through environmental point of view. If any ‘ecosystem’ destroyed then other ecosystem dependent on that also destroy. When any big industry or business having large amount of share in economy of country collapses then it has harsh effect on economy. As like that if any ecosystem in ‘Food-chain’ destroyed, this results in ‘Imbalance’ in ‘Food-chain’. For this reason, biodiversity protection is important.

For wild life protection, there are many sanctuaries famous for different ‘animals’ in India. However, nowadays those animals are rare to find in these sanctuaries also. In India ‘Dudhwa Sanctuary’, there were many types of animals earlier, but sanctuary was famous for ‘Rhinoceros’. In twentieth century due to poaching this animal was disappeared from sanctuary. On 1 April 1984, ‘Re-Establishment’ of ‘Rhino’ was carried out under a project of ‘Wild life Protection’ for existence of that animal. ‘Re-Establishment’ involves the process of carrying ‘Reproduction of animals in cages and after that forwarding them to their territory. In this manner, ‘Re-establishment’ is a most important step in process of, ‘Wild Life Protection’.

Destroying rate of living organisms due to natural or manmade reasons is hundred times more than the rate production of them. Every living organism is a combination of specific DNA sources. Any other living organism cannot replace the place of that organism. Earth and nature’s ‘existence’ is always depends on the ‘Existence’ of all the living organisms.

In most of the countries, large amount of ‘Deforestation’ is going on. This rate of deforestation is increasing day by day with the use of advanced technologies and instruments. Deforestation results in increase in ‘Global Warming’ and environmental hazards. If this rate of deforestation increases then in next hundred years this forests vanishes completely.

Therefore, Thinking about upcoming troubles to face and to overcome the challenges coming in future about ‘Biodiversity’ and ‘Environment’ there is a need of action of plan of carrying out necessary steps for ‘Protection’ and ‘Enrichment’. In this manner, ‘Biodiversity’ plays major role in ‘Environment’ hence to protect environment “Biodiversity Enrichment is a Demand of Time.
